3 tbsp fish sauce
3 cups of chicken broth
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lime
1 tbsp MSG or chicken boullon

RECIPE:
Meatballs
Add garlic, ginger and jalapeño to the food processor. Chop until fine. Add half to the ground turkey and save the other half for the broth.
Add salt, panko, cilantro, fish sauce to the ground turkey. Mix until combined
Form evenly sized meatballs with the ground turkey mixture.
Heat a pan with oil and then cook your meatballs on each side until golden brown. Should take about ~6 minutes.
Transfer cooked meatballs to a plate for later.
Broth
